Paulsen`s Restaurant in Bohmstedt

We had to go to Northern Germany on business and stayed at Paulsen's Landgasthof in Lockdown. Despite the reduced occupation, great service, all special requests were met and we received a delicious dinner and a wonderful breakfast. We'll definitely be back and wish you all the best and hold out until it's better. Stay healthy!

At the moment, food is available to be picked up here! We ordered the Bohmstedter Topf and enjoyed it very much, very tasty and highly recommended. Ready for pickup at 6:30 p.m. and 3 minutes later we were on our way back with the food. I can only recommend it and they support the local gastronomy.

We are here for a week on vacation and completely satisfied. Nice, clean rooms, good food. And, most importantly for me: super nice, very friendly staff. A place to feel good.

We got hold of the last table of the evening, so to speak, and were greeted very friendly. I had a herb schnitzel, which in my opinion was made from fillet and was accordingly tender and incredibly tasty. That was one of the best 3 schnitzel in the last 30 years! In addition, a very friendly service. We were not here for the first time, and certainly not for the last time!

Lovingly prepared and tasted great. We stayed there too. Very nice and spacious room. Our Labby was also a welcome guest. The whole team was very friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back!

We had booked the "Klönschnack package". In any case, it corresponded to the description and really went beyond that. The hotel rooms were neat and very clean, we even had a small terrace in front of the room. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. The many homemade ingredients are very nice. Our package included a "picnic basket". This was very tasty and designed to be sustainable (no single-use items). The highlight of the stay was the restaurant. On the first evening we enjoyed a 3-course menu, including the best pumpkin soup I've ever tried (I even got the recipe on request) and superb ox cheeks. The legendary steak board (beef | pork | corn poulard) followed on the second evening. A dream for every meat eater. The friendliness of all employees involved in the service was also outstanding. All in all - if you are looking for peace for your mind and fun for your palate, this is definitely the right place for you.

It was only 1 day that we were there, but wonderful. Everything was clean and nicely furnished in a modern country style. The food exceeded everything and was very, very tasty. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Everyone is very nice in the house. It's great that we could take our dog with us. We will be back definitely.

The hotel room was clean and very nicely decorated. The dinner was very tasty and sufficient. The breakfast buffet was a dream. You had a really large selection of sausage and cheese, as well as everything that should not be missing in a breakfast. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Here you can definitely treat yourself to a hotel stay again.

Spent our vacation here. Very nice, quiet area a bit out of the way but you can get everywhere soon. Super delicious food and the staff very loving and friendly. No matter what you want you get. Room very clean and tidy. Especially the house pigs pickeldi and Frederic nur suss. Great landscape to walk or even better to fall in love with by bike just beautiful

Very nicely located hotel. Spacious room and bathroom, everything perfectly clean and in order. The food in the restaurant was a dream as was the breakfast. Due to the corona restrictions, no buffet, but a lovingly prepared breakfast right on the seat. And the staff is without exception super nice and helpful. I would love to come back.

Spent my birthday weekend here. The reception was extremely friendly, as was the entire service. The rooms were very spacious, nicely furnished and clean. The breakfast, as well as the dinner, was fantastic and designed to be sustainable with local products. The overall concept is absolutely recommendable. Thank you for the nice weekend???

One of the best 3 star hotels I've ever stayed in!

We had a nice large modern room in the country house style. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet were also very good. The dessert surprise menu was also great! We would love to come back!

Very nice, modern and spacious rooms, mostly nice staff. You can eat very tasty food in the restaurant, it's not the cheapest, but it corresponds to the quality. The ice cream with fig sauce is delicious!!!

Stylish farmhous hotel. Located in a small village in the picturesque Nord-Friesland. Near the Unesco world heritage site of vadehavet. Friendly and very serviceminded staff that took care of all our needs with our baby boy. Children friendly sourroundings. Great food with lots of local produce as well.
